How is availability confirmed?
Submit your Fibre order and our team manually reviews your service address. If the address is not serviceable, we will discuss alternatives; if you do not proceed, payments collected for the Fibre order are refunded.
How long does installation take?
Professional installation typically takes approximately 10–14 business days, subject to technician scheduling and local conditions.
Is data unlimited?
Yes. Wakey Pure Fibre includes unlimited data with no monthly data caps or overage charges.
Are the modem and router included?
Yes. Required fibre equipment and a Wi-Fi router are provided on loan with no monthly rental fees. A refundable equipment deposit applies.
Is there a contract?
Service is month-to-month. An installation cost-recovery charge may apply if service is cancelled within the first 180 days, as disclosed during ordering.
Can I use my own router?
Compatible third-party routers may be used, although troubleshooting support for customer-owned hardware may be limited.
Will Wi-Fi reach 1000 Mbps?
Actual Wi-Fi speeds depend on devices, signal and the home environment. Wired Gigabit Ethernet is recommended for testing peak speeds.
Can I switch from another provider?
Yes, subject to qualification and installation requirements. Contact Wakey before disconnecting existing service to avoid unnecessary downtime.
